Muay Thai

Muay Thai is known as “King of the Ring” in kickboxing circles and the “Art of Eight Limbs” in reference to its use of punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. Training develops devastating power, speed and superb cardiovascular endurance as well as fighting spirit.  Practitioners of a variety of self-defense, sporting, military and law enforcement activities have embraced Muay Thai training. Our Muay Thai instructors all have ring experience so everything we teach has been tested and proven under pressure.

We are proud to be a WTBA Representative! What is the WTBA? Ajarn Surachai “Chai” Sirisute founded the Thai Boxing Association of the U.S.A. (TBA-USA) in 1968.  Ajarn Chai came to the United States with a vision to spread Muay Thai to throughout the world.  He is the first-ever Thai boxing instructor to teach Americans this art and has worked tirelessly for 40 years to that end. Due to the numerous affiliates teaching worldwide the TBA became the WTBA and is internationally recognized as the gold standard in Muay Thai training.
