John Holt has had a very diverse career training people from all walks of life, from professional fighters, police and military personnel to those just looking to lose some weight and feel stronger and better able to protect themselves in day-to-day life.
Seeing alarming gaps in the standard exercise routines that are prevalent, John began sharing his physical fitness knowledge to help others experience true health during his 6 year career as an undefeated professional Muay Thai fighter and opened his first gym in 2001.
He went on to author a book describing his unconventional strength training system, which you can get HERE.
Over the course of his 20 year career as a martial artist John has earned instructor rankings in Kali, Silat, Jun Fan Gung Fu, Muay Thai and apprentice instructor rankings in Sambo, Wing Chun, and Systema.
John earned a Personal Trainer Certification through the International Sports Sciences Association, became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the Institute of Human Performance, a Corporate Wellness Specialist through NCFI and became a Certified Sports Nutritionist.
