Join instructors Daniel Gutierrez and John Holt as they help you build strength and fitness during intense group classes. Not for the faint of heart! The classes focuses on H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) which keeps you from hitting a plateau in your workouts.The work outs are an hour long and will challenge anyone’s level of fitness and conditioning.
Be sure to come to class rested and hydrated. If it is your first class go at your own pace and don’t overwork yourself. Discuss any health or physical restrictions you may have with your doctor and our instructors before performing any strenuous exercise.
